One Man’s Treasure – Men’s Clothing Drive Collection Every Sunday Through April 5, 2020
It’s Time to Clean Out Your, Your Best Friend’s, And Your Neighbor’s Closets! Please Bring in Men’s Clothing For the Donation Drive Benefiting: One Man’s Treasure Donations will be collected each Sunday in the Worship Center NOW THROUGH APRIL 5: Donations Needed: New or gently used: long sleeve dress shirts, nice polo and casual button up shirts, washable pants and jeans. Dress shoes, tennis shoes and work boots. Coats and shorts needed as well! New: socks, boxers or t-shirts. Good Friday Communion Service April 10, 2020 @ 7:00 PM
Come join us this April 10, 2020 for a very special communion and uplifting worship service from 7 pm to 8 pm, Good Friday, April 10, 2020. We will commemorate our Lord's sacrifice for our redemption during the service this evening. Families and friends are urged to attend. Join us for a pot luck brunch on Easter Sunday! Families of the church will bring their best breakfast casseroles to serve for a time of fellowship before Easter Sunday Service. Breakfast items need to be in the cafeteria prior to the 8:30 am start time - the event will end by 9:40 am. Easter Service at 10:00 am. Planned Kids egg hunt for Pre-K and first grade children is at 9:30 am sharp and is forecast to last three minutes --so don't be late. Casserole Coordinator for this event is Ben Carruthers, feel free to contact Ben with any questions you may have regarding the day.

Church Cook Out / Picnic Sunday, July 5, 2020 11:45 AM – 2 PM ****POSTPONED
The planned cook-out has been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date. Come join us on Sunday, July 5 for a social distance cookout on the campus of DCC. We will be grilling up hot dogs and hamburgers after our morning worship service. We anticipate starting about 11:45 AM with a wrap up time of 2 PM. We will have tables available outside for eating in the July heat, the rest of us will be inside the DCC cafeteria. Dress is casual for Sunday service to match the social time afterwards. Calling all men... Join us for a time of fellowship and have breakfast on us. The men of Cornerstone Church along with welcome visitors meet once a month to breakfast and engage in light, friendly conversation. A short, informative and topical video is usually presented in the last portion of the breakfast. If you are thinking of coming---please do! We promise you will be welcomed and find your life greatly enriched. We meet in the Banquet Hall of Dallas Christian College. The event will be Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 8:30 am - 10:30 am. The deacons of Cornerstone Christian Church will meet on July 19, 2020. The meeting will be held by Ben Carruthers, the lead deacon. All deacons are asked to be in attendance in the DCC President's Conference Room at this important meeting per Ben's invite.
